In order to obtain homeowners insurance, in some cases it may be necessary to bring the home up to current Florida code; a process which we offer to perform through our sister company, Storm Ready Services. Sonrise highly recommends that you protect your investment with homeowners insurance even if your home isn’t financed, but only requires insurance if you have financed the home through a lender.
A: No, there are other companies that will cover a mobile home but in order to receive the lowest rates available, a homeowner must bring the home up to 15c code.Your agent will be able to answer any questions you may have about insuring your mobile home.
A: Yes! All mobile homes have been inspected at the time of original installation. Sonrise performs a full inspection underneath the mobile home, at it’s foundation, to the roof, and everything in between.
